Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Bites
These easy, no bake protein bites are prepared with the lowcarb and sugar free Coconut Macaroon Cookie mix for a high protein and quick anytime snack. Combined with your favorite flavored protein powder, these will easily become your favorite snack.
What you need:
- 1 Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix
- 4 scoops protein powder, Gold Standard (we used Coffee flavor here)
- 4 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
- 1/2 cup water
Bake this way:
- Combine together the Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix, protein powder, peanut butter, and water until incorporated.
- Rolls the protein dough into balls or flatten in 8x8 tray.
- Prepare into 16 pieces. Keep refrigerated.
- Enjoy.
