Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls
Crafted with our signature Dough mix, these low-carb garlic dinner rolls offer the perfect balance of garlic-infused goodness and buttery softness redefining the dinner roll experience.
What you need:
For the Dough
- 1 batch Dough Mix, 1/2 bag
- 2 cups shredded mozerella
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
For the Garlic Butter
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp of minces garlic, or more to taste
- 2 tsp chopped parsley, fresh or dry
- salt for finishing, optional
Bake this way:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare one batch (1/2 the bag) of the Dough Mix as directed on package.
- Lightly butter the bottom and sides of a 12 cup muffin pan (or for mini rolls you can use a 24 cup mini muffin pan).
- In a small pot, or in a microwave, melt the butter, add the garlic and let both combine for 2 minutes to allow for the garlic to infuse into the butter. Once off the heat mix in the parsley.
- Portion your dough into 12 or more pieces.
- Shape and smooth each piece into a round ball. Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture and place into the muffin pan. Spoon more of your garlic butter mixture over each ball before baking. Optional: sprinkle shredded cheese and or chopped jalepenos.
- Bake for about 21 minutes. When golden brown, remove from the oven and pour any remaining garlic butter onto the warm rolls.
- Enjoy!
