Gingerbread Cake
This easy low carb and sugar free gingerbread cake (or muffins) may be our favorite holiday cake recipe ever! It is super moist and lightly spiced with the classic combo of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves! It can be served with a dusting of powdered sweetener and cinnamon or a glaze.
What you need
- Classic Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 tbsp brown sugar replacement
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Avocado Oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp sugar free maple flavored syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Bake This Way
- Preheat Oven to 325°F.
- Combine all the dry ingredients first then the wet ingredients.
- Spray or butter your bundt pan or 8/9" cake pan & pour batter in.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean with some moist crumbs and remove from oven.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from cake pan.
- Enjoy.
