Linzer Cookies

Soft, buttery and full of flavor, this Linzer cookie melts in your mouth! Traditionally a simple shortbread cookie, it is made with almond flour and filled with your choice of jam. Perfect for the holidays, or anytime you want to make these delicious cut-outs!

Prepare Cookie Mix as directed on package.
Use cut outs (or anything round) to achieve the Linzer look.
Once cooled, dust powdered sweetener on the cookies with the holes.
Slightly spread sugar-free jam on the flat piece.
Top with the dusted cookies.
