Pigs in a Blanket

Pigs in Blanket or Hot Dog Rolls are a family favorite that can be prepared to enjoy fresh or frozen for a later time! One serving of the Dough Mix makes at least 8 – the thinner you roll out the dough, the more you can make.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Prepare Dough Mix as directed on package.

4. Place ball of Dough on parchment paper and begin to flatten with your palm OR place a second piece of parchment paper on top and roll out the Dough to 1/4” thick.

5. Cut the dough in half length wise and begin to roll your hotdogs. Trim the dough where it covers the hotdog.

6. Place the rolled hotdogs on a tray spaced apart to (1) bake for 15-20 minutes OR (2) freeze in a freezer safe bag for a later time.

7. When cooking frozen hotdogs, thaw for 10 minutes prior to baking. May require longer baking time.
