5 Years of ROSETTE’S: Crafting Joy, One Mix at a Time

As we celebrate our 5-year anniversary, we're thrilled to reintroduce ourselves, Rosette and Natalie, the duo behind ROSETTE’S—a true small business where we handle everything behind the scenes from A to Z. Our brand is on a mission to change the way we think about dessert, and we are reconnecting to reminisce of our early days, and share with you the values that continue to inspire our growth and innovation.

This adventure began with Rosette's commitment to creating a healthier home environment, inspired by her husband's switch to a low-carb ketogenic diet. Committed to supporting him while catering to her family’s sweet tooth in a health-conscious way, Rosette decided to transform baking. The goal was to craft irresistible treats without relying on the sugars, grains, and fillers that often hide in conventional desserts. In doing so, she aimed to strike a balance between indulgence and healthier living, ultimately creating a sustainable lifestyle for herself and her family.

We began as Rosette's Baked Goods, offering four cookie mixes: pistachio, chocolate chip, peanut butter and (no) sugar. Our initial products received a warm reception, and as our community grew, so did our offerings which quickly included the Classic Yellow Cake Mix - a product that captured the hearts and taste buds of many, reminding us that what we are doing is bigger than delicious cake or cookies; we could bring joy and simplicity back into (low carb) kitchens everywhere.

In 2020, we took a big leap forward, rebranding as ROSETTE’S and expanding our lineup to include fun additions like sprinkles, seasonings, and specialty mixes. The release of our Dough Mix for low-carb pizza and bagels, and the Protein Brownie Mix, designed to enhance satiety, emphasized our commitment to facilitating healthier living. Seasonal offerings like Falafel Mix and Pumpkin Spice allow us to keep things exciting for our community.

Each new product is introduced with the goal of simplifying the transition to a healthier lifestyle, making your favorite foods and desserts more accessible and convenient, especially for those on low-carb and sugar-free diets. This supports the sustainability of our customers' health goals and helps to foster positive impacts on families.
